Spdoran you a legend! Nice info thanks. I thought AP2 meant the 2.2L engine but it doesn't does it, from 2003 when they face lifted them they changed from AP1 to AP2...daa.
Although apparently the uk versions officially stayed as AP1 but received the mods of the AP2 am I right?
Sounds like the pipe is well worth the 100notes! I'll google the T1R cell fix try and find it on there. If not I might have to ask you to forward me a link if you could.
So have you FI inducted you s2k? Or just fitted a test pipe? I asked earlier a out removing the big airbox..what you rekon?

Hi jl56tc! I'm thinking this is a simulator to trick the ecu thinking the pipe hasnt changed or simply re-calibrating it so it allows the pipe change?
it simulates your o2 read out to your ecu so so can put a wide band in your secondary o2 and your ecu still reads that your primary and secondary o2 imput is correct (ie No cell) and you get your wideband too!
