The person who started this thread, turbosix, started this all in my thread. He trashed the thread and a Moderator made this thread so the argument would be continued somewhere else. I agree, this thread is stupid, but turbosix began the stupidity with his comments that really were not needed.

your face is retarded... get the hell out of here!

NO ONE can feel a couple rwhp, period. if you put half these damn aftermarket exhausts, intakes, headers, etc for the f20 and f22 that are dyno proven to make 1rwhp here and 2rwhp there or even LOSE power *coughARCcough* and you feel a difference its all in your damn head.

but you're the one with a few things done and a dyno to prove it... so i dont know why you're in here trying to argue, because like it or not, you're on MY side homie

Are you joking here? Not a very mature way to discuss something.
Anyways not only talking about peak gains here. Sure a mod might only make 2 whp peak gain, but could also gain down low 8whp. Which can definitely be felt.
After putting in my test pipe I without a doubt felt a difference in performance.
Many parts for the S do not improve much peak power, but they can rearrange the power curve and or add more power down low or in the mid range which can be felt. With this car being so low on torque, I for one definitely feel small gains.
Driving the car enough you can feel the difference pretty easily. Weight reductions as well I can definitely feel the difference. Same with wheel size etc.
Be mature with your posts or please don't bother posting on this forum. No one needs people insulting everyone who doesn't agree with them. Just a waste of space and time.

I agree this thread does suck and should be closed to spare people from reading the absurd content within.

Id like to know where you go to get a dyno test done. Maybe it is a lot cheeper down there, but up here to get a dyno test it costs 125 bux a go. Granted there is only 1 within an incredible distance of me and he pretty much controls the market, but no thank you when it comes to a dyno after every mod.

WHOA! def the price is affected by lack of competition. down here in florida, you can get three pulls for about 50 bucks. and for 75 an hour, you can rent the dyno and do as many pulls as you want for tuning. in two hours i did 20!

i'm having a little fun, people take things too seriously here.

i agree with you on the weight reduction... always been an advocate with that... my buick should weigh around 3,000lb even at this point. wish these hondas werent so heavy.

fwiw, i still stand by my point. i've been wrenching on quick and fast cars, bikes and gokarts for well over ten years. a few people had a laugh with me and understood what i was trying to say. others (almost like yourself) got too caught up in a little friendly banter to get that far.

remember...

relaaax... its just the internets!

Honestly, I wish I would have done a baseline. Now, I will never know if my exhaust gained any power.

It really doesn't bother me though. I may not have gained much, but I can tell there is something there. Horsepower and Torque gains were just a plus for me, as Weight loss was my goal.
