So you made 20hp at peak but what did the mid-range do? Peak numbers don't mean anything; especially pertaining to HP. The torque curve is the only thing you should look at. Peak HP is mainly for bragging rights.

Torque = what powers the car
HP = a formula derived from torque and RPM.
