No, only 04-05 will work. 00-03 can work too but will allow you to rev to 9k and possibly damage the engine.

Technically, you could do a BUNCH of part swapping, and convert the '04 to DBW, and use an '06+ ECU, but it wouldn't be very cost effective.

......which concludes that its not entirely impossible but simply stated, it won't bolt on and start up.
