Ecu upgrade difference?

sorry for noob question..what the difference from AEM S2000 EMS and AEM S2000 EMS w/UEGO?

Actually, there is no gauge with the EMS w/UAGO...it does have a wideband for tuning and data aquisition. Whether it is necessary depends on your tuner...some use the wideband to dynamically let the EMS adjust tuning, others don't. Talk to the tuner you plan to use to see what they recommend.
