which one you have ? UD pulley or same size lightweight?

pulleys

anyone know about these???........they are made of 6061 aluminum ive heard that 6061 is weaker than what most other pulleys (are made of 7071 i think..like t1r and UO) and it says the 6061 will allow the belt to slip cause its softer metal. this true??

No belt slip, thats what the belt tensioner pulley is for.
