Default HEADERS AND VTEC CONTROLLER

i was wondering if anyone has installed the rick's 6 header. im looking for a good header right now around 5 bills and all i found was rick's six and DC any suggestions on a good header. also if anyone has tried putting into a vtec controller in a ap1. i heard i would need to put in titanium valve springs for them. and if it would be worth it.

There has been lots of discusions on this fourm about the apexi Vafc. You do not need new valve springs for it. I don't have one in my car so I can't say much else about it. Just search for "VAFC" and I sure you will find more than enought info about weather they are worth the money or not.

I have just put Ricks header on.....it's not bad, but I didn't really notice any performance gains, exept that Vtec transition is not as notisable... planning on taking it to the dyno and tuning it with VFAC NEO.... we'll se what happendes..
