Well...I finally bit the bullet! I ordered my SOS dampers today! I just can't stand that OE hood prop any more!

looks like a very well finished pruduct...and perfect timing since i just got my seibon mg CF hood and there isnt a place for a hood prop. will the sos dampers work with this hood?

Well...they are out of stock and wont be any ready until around the end of the month.

If your Seibon hood uses the OEM mounting points, yes the SOS hood struts will work.

After having mine installed for a while, the SOS struts DO rub on one super-tiny portion of the fender lip near the hood joint (both sides). A light bump with a plastic hammer or a regular one with a piece of wood to knock it down just a little would take care of the issue.
