Installing Non S2000 Specific Wing on an S2000
Hi Everyone,
Before I get slammed for not getting the right wing, yes, I actually got a J's Type 1 for the S2K, but decided to sell it before mounting it. Long story short, I picked up another wing locally from an EVO X owner, a Voltex Type 5. I measure the J's and Voltex wing mount to mount (40 vs 42 inch) and its only ~ 2 inch difference. With that, has anyone tried to mount an Evo Specific wing to an S2000? I have all the hardware from the Evo (or should i just sell it and get back my J's lol)
What is needed beside the base plate? Do i need to do a custom bracket etc? Any suggestion or how to would be appreciated.
