Default K&N fipk for MY08

the search function hasnt been working for me for the past few days so i wasnt able to find any info on this.
the k&n site doesnt show any results for an '08 s2000, but they suggest the 57-3514 for MY07
will it work ok for a 2008? are there any modifications that need to be made to it?

i have the 63 series, basically the same FIPK as the 57 series except not carb legal >.<

no modifications were needed when i got mine in. i just followed the instructions that came with the k&n.

its a great mod, makes your car more responsive and gives you a little more mpg. i have the 2007. it also worked on my 2006.

I have the FIPK. My S is an 06, when I bought mine I had to drill a hole for the air sensor. They have since changed it I think... Disconnect your battery as they tell you in the instructions. This allows your ecu to reset for more air. If you don't it will take a little time for your ecu to relearn. This way you see more of a difference right away. I reset mine twice a year, run it hard after you are warmed up for best results. Good luck, you will love it. Gas mileage may be better if you can keep your foot out of it... sounds too good for me to get good mileage.

Anyone knows a company that can ship a K&N FIPK to Sweden? Searched on e-bay but they all just send to US.

Had a swedish company that could order from K&N, they wanted 700$ for it here, i can get one from US and ship it to Sweden and back again many times before it reaches that kind of money.

So if you know someone who is able to ship a K&N FIPK 57-3514 to Sweden pls PM me or reply in this tread.

Thanks in advance!

The freight will be about 80-85$ i think, so the price on this in Sweden is sick.
