The Bilstien's may be a little too prices as I was wanting to stay around the $1000-1100 area.

They would be perfect for your style/type of driving. They are a little pricier but for good reason. They are that good. The quality of the product is up there and the product itself has been tuned to produce great results in street driving and canyon carving/mountain runs. If you know where to look you can find some that are close to the price range you are looking for. FYI, these are not the coilovers I am running but I have also done my research on them and talked to some people that own them and have recieved nothing but good results.

[QUOTE=Rubn1out4GudLuk,Aug 9 2009, 08:35 AM] Make sure that a decent street coilover has "helper springs".

Please don't spread misinformation.

What you're talking about is a progressive rate spring.
Huh...this is the first time I see of this. Everyone and I mean "everyone" before this have explained to that they are "helper springs" and that they are used for the means to soak up minor road imperfections/bumps. I guess I'll have to school them on this info...

I can try to get ahold of my guy and have him match this price or possibly beat it tax free...

But I don't like to bug people unless I'm ready to buy so here's an example of what I was talking about by searching on ebay.

So Koni's with Neuspeed sport springs are a bad idea?
