Default Mingster's Aeroscreen?

Tried to send mingster a PM but unable due to some error on this site. Is this aeroscreen still being sold? I have the ricks full size now but no matter what methods I've tried I can't eliminate all the rattles and squeeks, short of taking the entire thing apart again and gluing it all over again. Getting incredibly annoying.

I'd like to move to a mingsters screen if possible. Anyone know if they are still being sold and where I can purchase? Also, any ideas of how to fix the Rick's issues I'd welcome as well.

So far I've tried wedging things in the ear assembly to stop squeaking, 2 different sizes of frost king weatherstripping (found that solution in another thread, only works for a day as the weatherstrip collapses), and different angles.

Thanks guys.

I was having problems with my windscreen flopping around like a big dildo (stole this metaphor from another post)!!Haha, anyways, it was very annoying and distracting in the rearview mirror especially at night with lights around...I have heard of some bumpers that were made specifically for this issue, but I ended up buying a hardtop and that solved the problem pretty quickly. Just b4 getting the ht I applied some black silicon sealant to the black plastic support pieces on either side of the "glass." The sealant stopped the noises but it still flopped around with the top down. I have also found another vendor not on the site that creates laser etched/lighted windscreens for all sorts of cars but they cost around $250 for the illuminated ones. Google "illuminted windscreen" and you should be able to find them, they are located in Garland, Texas. They claim %100 satisfaction and they use a mount that replaces the oem and it is def. much more sturdy, only problem was they couldn't tell me you would be able to open the secret compartment with the top up. They simply said they have never had a single complaint about them...

Thank you for the info. I took my assembly apart to reglue, and found that the ricks had cracked around each one of the screws and that was the source of the noise. The plexiglass was rubbing against itself in the cracks. I absolutely did not overtighten, and it looked PERFECT when I put it together the first time. Lesson learned. I am putting the oem piece back in and will continue to research alternatives.

Just found their site. I'm so pissed at myself for wasting the money on the rick's when there was that alternative. Looks INCREDIBLY solid. I was able to put the stock piece back together but this is definitely on my list for when I can recoup the money I wasted. Thank you! Now I just wish I could get those damn rubber pieces I crazy glued on the roll hoops off cleanly. Probably just going to leave them on as taking them off would show the damage I've already done
