Default MODIFRY SHIFT beeper

Just installed the modifry shift beeper, got it working... starting messing with the settings.... turn everything off, and started to relocate the speaker/beeper, after installing it the thing wont stop squealing.

As soon as the key is turned to on it starts squealing non stop. also my abs eps and check engine light flash.
any ideas? i checked all the connections, and sent an email to modifry, just wanted to see if anyone on here could help.

I know you mentioned that you checked the connections, but the only thing I would deem plausible is a wrong connection somewhere.

I agree. It could be the wrong connections. I reversed the connections where the wires attach to the modify unit. And it started beeping like crazy randomly. Then I unplugged it.

But go over ur connections again

Did it work after "messing with the settings" and before relocating the speaker?

i used the supplied t-taps im sure there on there good, i didnt want to cut any of the wires completely. i think the actual unit may be bad. when its plugged in and squealing its causing my EPS and ABS lights to blink!
