Default Parking lights as DRLs

I've replaced my front amber driving with bright white PIAA LEDs and am very pleased with the look. They actually look like the belong there. When I have only my parking lights on they make excellent DRLs and when I have my headlights on the color matches my HIDs. What I'm looking for is a way to have only my front parking lights function as DRLs without having to turn on any other lights. When I do turn on my parking lights or headlights I would like them to function normally. I would imagine that all I need to do is make a jumper in the fuse box from the front parking lights to something that turns on with the ignition. Assuming that the front parking lights are on their own fuse. Does anyone know if this is the case? If so, what would be a good source to jump it to? Any ideas?

Not sure if photos are necessary to answer the question... I guess you are just curious to see how the LEDs look? My car and headlight lenses are a bit dirty and my camera phone isn’t all that great but here you go.

LEDs only

LEDs and HIDs

I had amber LEDs before and they worked great, just as bright as oem but a bit more intense. They were no namers I got from Autozone. Each bulb was 4 LEDs. The white LEDs I have now are also 4 LED bulbs but are made by PIAA. I wish I had a better camera because I don't think these photos do these LEDs justice. Either way, I think you can get an idea of how they look.
