Will this stack work on an AEMv2 filter size and tube? Cant find any help in search.

On the v2, no. The pipe is way larger than 3 inches.

But do like there design better the transitional area is much longer then that of PWJDM.

Turbohoses is a first rate shop. Just look at the cars that they work on. Most of the cars cost more than a lot of homes. I've been to there shop and they designed a intake for my wife's car(works very good) and while I was there a guy came in with a brand new '04 NSX and dropped the car off for a total turbo build. I asked him how much and what did he want the car to have(power wise) he said the whole thing was more than 15k and as for power he wanted at least 550hp.
