Tires! My car came with crap all-seasons and I replaced them with Dunlop Direzza Star Spec's and they completely transformed the driving experience.

The extended wind deflector is definitely a practibility mod. You'll see the banner ad for it at the top of the page if you hit refresh a few times. The stock pads are aggressive so get some autozone ceramics if you don't want to wipe down the wheels too much. Change the clutch fluid early to save your slave cylinder. Your transmission and diff oil should be changed early too.

Practical:

Change all your fluids with higher quality fluids.
Install a catch can early those AP1s spit oil.
Fresh set of spark plugs properly gap'd.

Safety first is the most practical route.

Wheel and tire combo that suites your driving style and or future brake upgrades should you intend to do so.
Brake pads, rotors, SS lines, OE upgrades should suffice.
Check your bushings replace where necessary, install uprated sway bar bushings or sway bars.
- I'd do bushings alone before a sway bar kit, to get a good basline the OE parts are 8/9 y/o depending on the climate and care they me be crack from weathering alone.

That should keep you busy, and give you enough time to experience the car, learn more, and you'll know what you want before spending big $$$.
