Default Tips on replacing fuelpump with walbro one

So I'm going to replace the fuelpump soon with a walbro one. I have the honda workshop manual, if anyone has any tips to share about the whole process it would be most appreciated.

Search is down at the moment.

How long can i bank on it taking?

How much do i need to cut off the existing pipe to the fuel pump? what tools do i need apart from a screwdriver?, do i need to remove anything from the trunk?

Got the fuelpump today, thing is its covered in some kind of lube - is this normal? it doesnt smell much like fuel, more like alcohol.

It didnt come with a fuel filter (sock) so i take it i use the new sock i have bought?

Thanks
