Titanium AP1 Shift Knob Question

I think for me, what does it for me as far as choosing the shift knob's weight is the inherent throw of the shifter.
My Mazdaspeed 3 has a longer throw, and so for that car, I prefer a heavier shift knob. This shifter is 625 grams, I'm pretty sure if I took this off and threw it at someone, that person's dead:
But for the S2000, the throws are so precisely short, that I think a lighter shift knob is more favorable. And to me, the OEM Titanium shift knob is the perfect shape and weight.
