Track noob needs help
This is without a doubt one of the more amusing threads I've ever seen on S2ki.com. A guy whose primary interest clearly is the appearance of a big, bad car, not the actual performance of that car, comes on the racing forum, and feeds the regulars some raw meat in the form of an open question.
Then he proceeds to affirmatively ignore the unanimous recommendations of those whose primary interest is to track the car, and learn how to drive.

Spend money on track time/brakes/tires/safety. Get a set of racing seats/harnesses, then more track time. As a track noob, you are going to be wasting money on mods because you will never utilize their potential on the track. Get familiar with the car and it's capabilities in stock form first. You can have an s2000 with $20,000 worth of track mods, but if you don't know how to drive it properly, you'll be slower than an experienced driver in a stock s2000.
