How do you know it only makes 3 whp.. his test pipe make good power , based on the dyno that have been done.

I think black should be the standard color to gain versatility for everyone. I disagree with locating it to the middle as that would just require more piping for little cosmetic benefit.

i like the location, in for pics of how its routed, filter location, piping diameter (hopefully bigger than 3"). should just make it black than anyone can personalize it if wanted.

+1 I don't think the middle will look as good as the side.

Does this sandwich over the radiator support and under the hood like the pwjdm and spoon snorkels do?

Thanks to everyone for the feedback! Lots of good points!

I'm currently testing 2 very different designs, which only have the bumper inlet in common. There is a clear performance difference between them, but that performance difference is probably smaller than the difference in cost. I don't know which direction I'll go.

IMO, the intake needs to be far less noticeable from the front. It's too ricey, as is. I would want something that looks as close to stock as possible.

I agree. Id prefer to see something rectangular that fits in-between a pair of the slats in the oem grill. You can choose to paint it or leave black to match the grill.
