vtec killer cams dbw?
my dream would be to have these cams. the have pros, cons, but still ive wanted these ever since i had my first b-series engines a LONG time ago. im pretty sure it would be possible to achieve this with a dbw with kpro but does anyone have any input on if it may be achievable with flashpro. any opinions are greatly appreciated. as far as i know this hasnt been done

I don't understand what you're asking. Are you asking whether you can use VTEC killer cams with a FlashPro? If so, then I would guess that it would work fine. There's probably several ways you could do it, but I think the most straight forward way would be to simply use the Low Cam tables for everything, and set the VTEC window very high.

thanks GERNBY!! i didnt think of that but im sure that would be a safe way to run them with flashpro. i installed my bc stage 2 cams myself so i feel i could do the instal of these. i believe there is some sort of moddification that needs to be done to the rocker assembly to run these cams. cam gears would probably be needed as well to get the most power out of these high lift cams. i wonder how high of a lift carey runs on his 1000hp boosted setup as i believe he has these cams and would like to be boosted again sometime down the road.

I don't think VTEC killer cams would need cam gears any more than any other set of cams, unless they are spec'ed out wrong. I don't know what modifications might be needed to the valve system, but I would guess that you would remove the high cam rockers. I guess you could remove the VTEC solenoid too, but it seems like you could simply unplug it too.

i already have the oil pressure switch deleted so im sure i could just remove the whole vtec solenoid and make some kind of plate to replace it.
on a shittier side note. unfortunately someone smashed my window in and someone stole my center console, and one door molding/trim where you can knock you shoes clean. think they got spooked by something im assuming before they got everything. a good alarm is first thing on my to-do-list. $1,000 deductible sucks. im proabaly just gonna leave the console out for now and find something used down the road instead of paying $700+ a new one.
