So, what is everyone's thoughts on the following:

GTC200/Voltex 1s: 1.75 points (up from 1.5)
All coilovers: 1.5 points (changes to OTS shock/spring, 1 way adjustable coilovers)
Street class : 3.5 points total

Wheels table re-done to reflect finer resolution.
The wing was at 1.25 before (not 1.5). And are you saying make spring/ shock (not coilover, just after market springs and shocks) 1.5 also?
Ooops. Were we looking at 1.5 or 1.75 for the GTC200/1S?

Correct; I don't think anyone runs a spring/shock combo except for Mert/Matt and Travis Wong (who doesn't compete here anyways...)

1.75 imo.

I'm pretty sure coils and gtc200 on 225/255 OEM wheels will still be one of the fastest setups. I don't think the 30mm more tire in the front is going to be as big as we think.

You can run wing/coils/hfc/catback

Easy. And fast.

Maybe just 1.5 so people who don't want to move up to mod can fit easier in street still. I hope if there are any street class guys who think this is all bad that they'll post on here before we finalize anything.

I tend to think the wing is worth 1.75 also but not allowing big front tires with the wing helps equalize it. I think front grip will be limiting with 225 and a wing. That's mainly speculation. My 245/255 stagger with wing was good but still lacking some front grip.

But if you just slap a wing in my car, I think I'll find damn near 2 sec (maybe more). So it really depends on the combination of parts more than the part itself. Right?

Correct, some parts synergize well, while other parts necessitate supporting mods (e.g. big wings require splitters)

So do we want to allow staggered tires with a GTC200 and coilovers? if so then the wing is 1.5, if not then 1.75.

As a newcomer (will try entering in 2014) unfortunately I cannot offer much feedback. I did some upgrades before I decided to join the series for next year which lock me into Street;

0.75 front wheel 255
0.5 17x9 non stagger
1 swift spec r/CR shocks
0.25 non oem lsd
=2.5

I met both Mikes (Kang and Tsai) along with JJ at the last Buttonwillow CCW event on 9/21 (I have a white ap2). Everyone was very nice, I got a ride along with Mike Tsai and JJ graciously offered one the next time I would see him. What do you guys think I should run for tires; being that I already have aftermarket wheels? I currently run 255 square, go 225/255? Looking forward to learning more and making new friends in the process!

Thanks! I forgot to add that I will definitely be participating in the novice program (only have three total track days).

You're already in street; run 255 square

You get the added benefit of being able to rotate tires at will, which is nice for cutting down costs!
