As I mentioned in your other post ,there is a local guy (daverx7) with a well developed AP1. I absolutely love the way it handles. I believe I can put down the same time in it as I can my CR. He runs...

-245x4 Hoosier A6s on JDM wheels
-Gendron (with a 1.375 hollow center section)
-TC Kline Double Adjustables (good but shocks should be your very last mod)
-I forgot his alignment, but he has about 1/16th total toe-in rear

I have driven various AP1 setups. This one suits my style the best. Just go out and have fun, the rest will come in time! We're here to help.

Switch to a 1.375 hollow was about 2 years ago.

It was a custom ordered bar in a group buy organized by Jeff Janzen through Small Fortune Racing. You will have to call the shop to special order one.

Josh, which bar are you talking about?

The custom 1.375 hollow bar from Grendron. Call up Small Fortune Racing and just ask Bill how long it will be to have him make one up. He usually keeps one in stock.

ARE 1.5 hollow bar comes with custom brackets and bushings. You will have to call or email Guy Ankery. Not too sure how long it will take to have him make one up or if he has any in stock.

One thing to keep in mind is that as the tire technology improves, the more you will need a stiff front sway bar to keep the "one tire fire" down to a minimum.
That is why there was a demand for the 1.375 and now the 1.5 bar, which is why I said the autoX FAQ isn't really as up to date as it could be.

Jeebuz dude how can anyone take you seriously when you keep butchering the names of everything you post?

Its Gendron and Ankeny

Truth be told its not really a 1.5" bar either - its a 1-7/16 (1.44) bar

For reference the 245 Kumho V710s aren't any wider than the 225s. A stack of four 245 V710s on stock AP1 wheels was a bit SHORTER than stack of four 225/50R16 Bridgestone RE760 street tires on the same wheels.

Yes, you read correctly. Jeff and I were stunned when we noticed that. [sarcasm]I recommend all A-Stock competitors to try the RE760s, they're sweet![/sarcasm]

Price is around $900 and Guy's email is in there

Just an FYI - your inability to search and find answers on your own is freaking obnoxious. So is starting 3 different threads that all relate to the same subject

Consider yourself lucky that it took this long for someone to epunch you in the dick
