I, alone, have probably posted a proven AS AP1 alignment formula half a dozen times over the past year, usually in threads like, "new to auto-x, need a-stock help" Search for one of those.
Someone should really overhaul the autox FAQ sticky and add more current info and proven setups. Not it!

I was planning to do so this winter -- one weekend when I'm bored I'll start an information-gathering thread.
