Because my ride was very bouncy untill I removed my 2 inch bump stops. I'll put them back in later this year, but I'll cut off about 2 3/4 of an inch first.

Evan,
You are going into STR. Get rid of that stock exhaust regardless of these shocks!

I would rotate the shock bodies so the hose attachment is on the back side. The reason is that the rear shocks take a lot of rock hits and rotating them will avoid damage. My old Koni's were bare metal after a few years.

I can help you make brackets if needed. I made the rear one's for Dave Rock's ST car which has ASTs.

The best option is to get the longer hoses on and go internal, but if you want help with temporary solutions let me know.
Thanks for the offer Rob,

I would love to replace the exhaust, but I am putting off my parts purchases until my old F Stock car sells.

As for rotating the shocks we gave that thought, but then the long bottom bolt would be hard to impossible to get in from our estimates. Luckily I don't drive the car often or far so the rock chipping will be at a minimum unless I am down at the Marana air park sandblaster.

And I emailed AST about longer hoses last night.

Depending on that offer I may take you up on the mount offer, we did look at your photos of your penske's a few times that day.
