Looks good, did you test bump travel without the spring and with the wheel for clearance?

What Penske reservoir/adjuster is that?

Eibach 2.5" spring couplers.

I did test the bump travel using the OE Honda bump stops, which are a little longer and shaped differently than the Bilstein ones. The tires can get into the fenders with a decent amount of steering angle. With the wheel straight, the tire has enough clearance to stay out of the fenders.

It's a Penske 8100 reservoir. Bilsteins will need an adjustable shaft to get compression adjustment or a much more sensitive reservoir adjuster (preloaded shim stack type?) because the 14mm shafts do not displace enough fluid through their travel.

Penske shafts aren't any bigger than 14mm I don't think. You need to play with the compression shim stack more, I've got a huge range of adjustment on the compression side and I'm using a very similar canister.

Ironically - your shocks are valved softer than OEM shocks

Interesting, I was under the impression the Penske shafts were a bit larger diameter. And you're using the 8100 adjuster to get your range of compression adjustment? Time to do more research...

This is just a baseline for my setup. The low damping is what I get for not taking the time to build a shock dyno and learning to revalve them myself. Lesson learned.

I'm using Fox Canisters - which are essentially old design Penske's.

Moton and JRZ have large shafts.
In DG's shock section he says that the 8100's don't have much control authority but that doesn't mean they can't be worked to fix that problem.

I'll find the stock digressive bilstein dyno and post it up, I think they have more comp & rebound than yours currently. If I'm remembering correctly

Here's the plot you sent me a while back, if it's the one you're thinking of.
