I disagree. It may not have been the primary intent, but should it raise temps 40 degrees? Using a pan for cooling is not something that is new. My old V6 Ford Taurus SHO had a nice, finned pan that was used for cooling.

1 out of a run isn't that bad.
I challenge everyone with significant track time to pull their pan and look. I bet we'll find more. Unless people do that, we're 1 out of 1. I'm really interested in these pans after several years of use, now.

Then fix it.
How about you fix it for me, smart ass?

If I wanted to take a welder to my pan, I would have purchased a cheap anti-slosh plate and welded it in.
If it was mine, I would. I'm not fixing your shit for free.

I may have before you got snide.

Haha... Who said anything about free?! Serious, I was not...

I call things out for what they are. Some people appreciate that... Some take offense for some reason.

I finally found the person that actually calls things for what they are. Most people just talk about it; you actually walk the walk. You're the real deal.ha

...

I'm actually curious to see how the pan holds up too. If mine breaks, I'll probably just throw the stocker back on and roll with it.

You didn't look at the KillerB stuff I posted? Significantly better quality, is aluminum, better than OEM, is produced from a company that doesn't actually specialize in this, is cheaper, and you don't pay extra for any hardware needed for install.
Until KillerB comes up with an S2000 pan, it doesn't exist.

Can you please contact KillerB to make one for the S2000? KthxBye.

For a low production car like the S2000, I'm f@#king delighted we got anything.

If it was so easy to do, then do it. Or have it done. Please.

If you would rather have a stock one with a baffle welded in by Full Blown Motorsport (which I have lying around), I'll give you mine if you will quit whining.

I'll even buy your Canton pan if that'll get rid of your hard-on.

Remember, for an erection lasting more than 4 hours see your physician.

It's one thing to point out deficiencies, which I acknowledge are there in a beta test.

It's another thing to be on a f@#king nutty witch hunt. You've been provoked and personally goaded into that, and that's not your fault.

But seriously. We get it. We're warned. You've saved humanity. You'll go to S2000 Heaven and Soichiro Honda will have you sit at his private table.

Not quite years, in fact, not even one year?? Maybe one season of racing/tracking...

I never said it did exist; I was, however, showing what kind of quality we SHOULD expect.

Already planned on sending them this thread.

It doesn't matter if I made a useful pan... You'd be delighted since the car is low production anyway.

Send it over. I'll still be very honest about this pan though.

I'd feel bad about pawning this off on someone else, honestly.

My responses are based on the responses I get. If they're BS responses, I'm going after it. It doesn't help that davidc1's judgment is so clouded because of some involvement in showing Canton that people would buy said product.

I'm fully aware of when the pan came out. I was on the group buy and all.

Place a comma before "now".
