could be bad pcv, or possible bad dipstick oring. my ap2 has the opposite problem, dumping oil into the intake at high rpm, i still have yet to fix the issue. no worries about this weekend though, since it will be a low grip surface.

I check my pcv as part of normal maintenenace and it is clean as a whistle, my money is on worn oring or it has compression set over time and needs replacing. Tony

i too have had excessive burning with mobil 1 oil. so much that i thought i had to put a motor in the car. changed to agip synthetic, and the oil burning problem ceased to exist.

Stop cluttering up my trash talking thread with your dipstick tech!

Don't laugh too hard. I was driving a shitty car trying to prove everyone wrong. It was considered "cute" though. At least it wasn't white and front wheel drive though

I particularly love my taking out the line of finish cones in the lower video. What a fail. All for your entertainment and education for the event.
haha, I remember that. I was working course on the side that you took out the finish cones on while str was running.

Man I forgot how ridiculously tight those courses were

... "No..."

No worries, I have been there many times. Two weeks ago, I stopped the events because I crushed the timing light!

Yeah, yeah... you can say that because you weren't stranded on deck waiting to go for 30+ minutes. Oh well... at least I got to eat something before that run. I wish I got to see it all unfold at the end. LOL Ya know... When I spin at the end, I manage to not hit any cones and go back to my grid spot in reverse... on top of that, I set FFTD. Ahh.. the good ol' days.

Well I'm about ready to climb the slippery slopes of Mt. Fedex this weekend. Going to be interesting to see where they put the tree and/or start since there are jersey barriers where it was in 2010.
