Effects of rear toe-in?

That's not what I'm saying. If you have understeer now, reduce the front sway stiffness. I would not go past the min recommended toe in for the rear.
Do you have more rear camber than front?

I am gonna change that to run -2.5 rear and -2 front since I'm running streets next year
Way too much rear camber. Run your front bar full stiff to maximize the contact patch and grip of the front tires since your front springs are so soft - you are still using those goofy KGMM Progressive rate springs right? When you run too little roll rate in the front of the car - you will increase understeer if you soften it up.
Dial out your rear camber to 2.5 or less. Keep rear toe in to keep the car stable on turn in and corner exit.
