I have driven/raced my S @MSR for 4 yrs. It will smoke but only in the hi G/speed left had turns -- MSR only has 3 R hand turns and they arent hi G turns--1 of them is rather slow. Not to say a breather wont help--but my car has never smoked SO much that i felt I absolutely needed it. I would be interested to know which turns it happened in. Did you notice the smoke or did someone tell you you were smokin? Lastly ,is this MSR in Houston or in Cresson? I drive @the msr in Cresson. Sorry I hope I havent clouded the issue.

it was the one in cresson, we run it counter clockwise, so i did the uphill left hander followed by the "toilet bowl" right hander, i noticed it when entering toilet bowl in my rear view mirror.

OK u ran the 3.1. yes i smoke in the toilet bowl also. Dont think you have alot to worry about. A breather would clear the air, but is not necessary.
