I do oil every 4-6 days. More often in hotter months. Analysis says i could go longer, but i want the measurement intervals.

I run enduro's with my car and I've sent oil to the lab after 12 hr races. Blackstone says it's too early to change. We've stretched it to cover both days of double 9 hr for 18 hours total and found the oil thins out a bit but doesn't break down. This is on amsoil signature 10w-40 for engine oil. We run the 10w40 to keep the pressures up and combat the thinning over the long runs.

Some good info in this thread! I just ordered Torco again. This time I’m going with half MTF and half RTF for the tranny and RGO 85W-140 for the diff.
Brody at Torco was explaining that synthetics are best to keep friction and heat in check. However, shock loading is best handled by Dino based oils. So he recommended I stay with RGO for the diff and then do half and half with the tranny for both smooth shifts and shock absorption. Let’s see how it does.

Here's my last Blackstone analysis of Mobile 1 10W30 after 4k miles and 5 track days. Not sure if I'll push it longer in the future but looks like I could. FYI, it's an AP1 with 85k miles and an oil cooler. The earlier analysis was after 4 track days and 2400 miles.

Oil--every 2-3 track days. Motul 5w-40. Yes I know its overkill and a complete waste of money but I have a 157K miles now and running better than most others
Transmission--every other oil change. OEM fluid. I work at Acura so free fluid and change so why not
Diff--every other oil change. Motul 75w-140. piece of mind
Coolant-- once a year OEM
