Default liquid on windshield

Hey folks,

I've noticed that over 100 MPH on straights I'm getting a small amount of liquid on the windshield (couple of spattered drops). My first guess is that some sort of weird air pressure thing is causing the windshield washers to weep a little bit? But I also occasionally have a popped-up oil dipstick after track sessions, so is there some weird way I could be splashing a tiny amount of oil onto the windshield? Hood isn't vented and all the stock rubber/trim is present on the hood and body.

I noticed this past weekend at autocross that both my car and a friend's s2000 had a little washer fluid seep out of the washer nozzles onto the hood. We definitely weren't going 100+, though.

I'm pretty sure Nick2 is correct. I had a similar thing happen at Sebring, pulled off almost immediately to ensure I didn't leak what I figured was coolant all over the track. After looking over the car, the washer squirters were wet, and the hood behind them had water spots on it. Coolant levels were fine and it didn't smell like coolant.

Easiest way to tell will be spots on your hood just behind the washers. Clean that area up nice before going out. I have had that happen, but don't remember it ever getting on my windshield at least not enough for me to worry while on track.

Thanks, folks. I'll keep an eye out for fresh water spots on the hood next time, but it sounds like the windshield washers are the likely source.
