Unfortunately, something went wrong with my car during a test drive this evening. It stopped seeing the fuel composition on the Flex Fuel sensor and is running super rich. I was able to trick it to use the correct map so I can limp on home but something's definitely not right.

 

Car's running fine again. Turns out I edited some TPS values using Haltech ECU manager 1.12.3 and they don't support the flex fuel sensor until 1.12.5 so by using the old software I somehow screwed up the cal. Upgraded the software on my laptop, reuploaded the tune and I'm back in business!
