I fit the SPG quite snug, although I wish the shoulder bolsters were broader. I'm also 5'8'' and 163 lbs 31" waist. I can do the backstroke in the XL with what feels like 1" lateral movement per side.
Fatties that have driven my car or tried the seat seem to like the fit it offers. However, does that mean they can endure 4-6 hours in it?
For skinnies the Cobra and Mugen seats are the best fit IMO.
For fatties SPG XL seems to work well.

here is the seat and price, not a bad deal. I'm pretty sure it fits but I need to go down to this place and try it out.
