I want a rear sway that can be really soft like what's typical of STR setups but capable of being the same rate as a regular AP2 rear sway. Does something like that already exist?

Amazing amount of information!
I have an old Mugen FSB, 31.8mm with stock RSB installed on a '00, Ohlins DFV and 17" square.
Anyone know what a baseline rating for this old Mugen bar? King motorsports did not have the spec.
The adjustable FSB are very appealing and I want to have some kind of baseline info before purchasing another one.
I am trying to tune the high speed oversteer out of the car without going to aero.
