What Next?
I have a harddog, two pole positions and 6 point schroth harnesses.
Brakes wise I just ordered the new Club Racer Project Mu pads, so I'll have much better (and fresh) pads for the next track day.

Not to sound like a broken record, but I have to second Skip and David's recommendations.
You need to outfit the car AND the driver with proper equipment. Your car sounds very well prepared, but you are behind the curve on driver preparation. First thing; a HNR. Not only is a HNR a common sense addition to your track "equipment" that could save your life, but it may also make you faster. The feeling of security from knowing that you are protecting yourself properly may give you the confidence to really "drive" the car into a corner harder. Secondly, a driving school will pay HUGE dividends for any new driver that is fortunate enough to be able to afford one. Take advantage of the many great driving schools out there. It may sound like forum rhetoric to you now, but after you attend a school and see the improvement you'll be singing the same song
