a lot of the uk guys complain about the bolts seizing I guess the rain might help cause this

and if posisble, specifically the one adjusting the caster...

I would never chase threads. Just go to any honda dealer and order them. Don't bother with hardware bolts, Non-AN bolts can be fake and not meet specs.
