I know that guy you're talking about. He's got the mystic/rainbow paintjob on his car. Since adding the new turbo charger, he's also had problems getting it out of the hole. Infact, he was running a little faster with the smaller turbo (mid-high 7's) as opposed to now (high 7's low 8's). It's not that the car doesn't make power, it's the turbo lag time. Unless he JUST ran a low 11, he hasn't officially done it yet and there are still bugs to be tuned out of the car.

Yeah there are S2000s in the 10s but not with that little of mods like the shelby has wait until they start messing with the engine.

This is just to funny you guys think your car is the shit they said the same thing about the 03 and 04 cobra when they first came out that there slow we all know what happened there alot of people got there asses handed to them when the modded began the same will happen with the shelbys and since the shelbys make so much more power when there barely modded there not only going to hand you your ass but kick it also. Its a joke for u to compair a Mustang with an s2000. From what i remember you should be going with a camaro and camaros > Mustangs.

Why is it that Mustangs seem to have trouble getting the power to the ground? You mean some tuner shop (Evolution) is putting together a monster? BFD. Have you seen some of the junkers pulling <10's at the strip? Doesn't make them desirable.
Um, the S2000 is the shit. You're here on a S2000 board and you expect more respect to Mustangs, the choice-of-poor-rednecks (F-bodies being a step up and the then vettes)? Better take off those blinders.

Your right it is a joke to compare a mustang to a S2000 cause there slow stock i never seen no S2000 go 12s stock thanks for putting me in my place. And the reson the shelby is so awesome cause it looks a hell of alot better then any honda and it has the power to back it up with few mods wait until a kenne bell goes on one you will see 700 plus rwhp for sure face it hondas suck.

And how is the S2000 the Shit with just a tune the shelby puts out 475 to 480 rwhp and thats stock it took that guy sideways a whole bunch of mods to beat a shelby how is that an awesome car like you said any piece of junk can be modded to go 10s but not any car can go 10s with that little of mods like the shelby can. And i hate to tell you but everyone who has tuned there shelby is getting around 470 or more RWHP.
