saw an evo 8 with exhaust and downshifted to first gear . he did the same, and we both gunned it at about 25 mph. i started walking slowly and up to 78~ish mph i got a good 1.5 cars on him.
turns out to be my friend and i didn't recognize his car from the rear because he changed his exhaust and put on his stock trunk
he says he has downpipe , exhaust and a tune at the moment. he had alot of other mods but had to remove them because of tickets/emission..


going down the 405 N i see a clean white DC5. (rsx-s)
i roll up next to him and smile , downshifted to third gear to see if he wants to play.
i was at about 65 mph when we both gunned it, and i hear a nice little whine(s/c) as he starts walking verrrry slowly. from 65-105mph he had a car on me.

we slow down to about 45 mph in 2nd gear. 3 honks and we're off..
from 45-105mph he had 2 cars on me.

the DC5 had one passenger.
my top was down for this run, i know it would have made a difference.
