A stock GR/GV WRX from a roll should be a good race, but once they start modding, there's really no chance in a straight line for an NA S2000. An intake, downpipe, and a tune will put it in the 12's with an average driver. Add E85 and it can get into the 11's, though the transmission will not like it. The turbo on the 09+ WRX's are about the same size as the STi's turbo.

I have 13 WRX hatch and a 01 S2K, I have only ran them once (my wife was driving the WRX) from a roll on the highway and I pulled on her in the S. But just from driving both the S would not stand a chance from a dig, as most people have said.

Yeah the newer wrx's with the vf52 turbo once modded will beat an S2000 easily from any speed or dig of course.
Simply a cobb stage 1 tune should be enough. Downpipe and stage 2 and it would win very easily.
