Quik S2K

Ok Friday nights we take the Evo out and Saturdays we take the Vette. We were cruising on the freeway and we see some hid's coming up. We just cruise and teh car starts coming up quik. It passes us and we were like cool C6, then we speed up and are like oh $hit its a Z06 We pull up next to him and we both jump a bit on eachother just playing around. Then we downshift to 4th and he takes off. This was an older guy maybe in his late 50's we were actually surprised he tried to race. Anyways he got like a fender on us then we pulled hard, im thinking he might have started in 5th gear, we pulled 3-4 cars on him and took it up to about 150 or so and he did as well. I had it on vid but didnt save it on the phone, pisses me off. Obviously, were not gonna say we killed a C6Z, but it was cool to finally play with one, I think he didnt know how to race. It still had new plates on it.

Next was a BMW 745i he flew past us then started slowing down, so we get next to him and we both hit it, well we pull about 4-5 cars pretty quick so we let off, we did that a couple times then he made a hard right and exited the freeway

Last was a 98+ Ram Air we pull up to him at a light, we had seen him earlier and our buddy was like you wont race him "your not down" my wife was like hell yeah I'll race him. So we take off from the light and he just cruises, we stay next to him then he punches it so we do as well, we pull about a car on him then slow down. We did that 2 times then slowed down and he pulls into a turn lane. Our buddy was behind us in his Civic Hatch and as the Ram Air turned off our buddy turns on his hazards, we had to laugh. We thought the Ram Air was gonna come out after him. Oh well, good night overall, just wish I would have had the vid vs the C6Z

Nice runs The new Z06s scare me. Any car that can go 10s on drag radials, makes me tuck my tail and run

Nice runs. The guy in the new Z probably was still breaking in his car, not racing, or in the wrong gear..etc. I'm making very similar power as the new Z, but I'm have about 15 more rwhp and 20 less rwtq. I ran my friend's C6 Z51 that I put about 2 cars from 50-140 when I was stock, and I killed him. I don't even know how many cars he gave up after I put like a buslength on him.

Yeah, I honestly think he started in the wrong gear, he was definitely racing. He flew up quick when he noticed it was another Vette. Its cooll though, I know we arent even close to beating a new one, but as the saying goes anything can happen on the street.

Hybrid...When we first seen it we were like cool, then when we noticed it was a Z06 we were like oh man, were toast It was cool though, wish we could have talked to him.
