Not to surprised either, I'm in the works of building a hatch with an f20b with and H2B kit and I'm pretty sure it can take one out , nice run tho

 

Idk, still I think it was driver's error, it shouldve been closer, the guys around where I live put ran similar dragtimes as I did when I was stock..if thats an AP2 youre driving ditch the CDV

 

I was thinking about removing the cdv im just nervous to ruin something

 

any s2000 shops in your area?

 

Idk man f20b has 190bhp. You would be surprised on how well those eg vociferous perform I used to have one with a type R b16b and my best time in the 8th mile was a 9.3 I never got to go down a 1/4 mile track though. The s2000 really isn't a great competitor in straight line performance. But you guys should know that already

 

Well, first the OP has to at least learn how to drive the S,fair chance , I know the f20b is a great swap for the lightweight of the eg's, but against a well driven stock S it's a back and forth battle, both cars in 1/4 put down similar numbers mid to low 14's and a occasional high 13's

 

should be a pretty even race even tho i would give the s2k the edge....my friend has 99 ek hatch h22 with b16 trans and i start to pull on him in the upper gears....basically same mods....i/h/e both cars, his being tuned...
