Had a Talon GST... Blew the engine. Mitsu had crankshaft supplier issues '94-'95. I learned that the hard way. Swore off Mitsu nomatter how fast. Loved it, but just stopped paying for a car I only drove for 6 months 2 years ago!

Stick with the S2K... way more fun in the twisties AND the ladies love it.

yup, unfortunately the 95-97 are the worse ones, although any of em can go just more in the 95-97. hell even supras have been known to crank walk.

Good run... His car weighs around 3300-3400 with him in it. He probably had around 290-300 to the wheels. The reason you kept up with him is a simple fact of him being awd and weighing a lot more.
