I could make this really easy for you if you can't figure it out.

Not even worth bothering with a 97+ - in a manual tranny a good driver will get them down into the low 13's fairly easily.

The only NSX I ever beat was a '91 auto, and there were curves involved. I'm fairly certain that in a straight line it'd be an extremely close race.

Ok...I think I can chime in on this one too....I sold my '01 to get a high mileage '91 NSX, and have no regrets. The car has very high miles (over 120k) and it still pulls very strong. It certainly feels alot faster than my S2K, has alot more noticeable torque. I know horsepower and torque isn't everything, but I think it is faster....don't know about top end, but acceleration is a definite.

What is fast is a matter of opinion and experience. When I was 15 I used to think my dads stock 91 Mustang LX 5.0 was fast. It's now 11 years later, and I think they're pretty damn slow. Now I consider anything less than mid 13's to be reasonably fast. But I'm sure that if I were driving say a 911 Turbo everyday, my perspective would certainly be different...
