I would have to say that would be quite clearly a drivers race. Gearing would be the only other real factor involved I can think of and I don't know enough about the vetts gearing to say if there is an advatage or not.

How about a bolt on 01 Ap1 with 220hp/145tq to the wheels w/4.33 gears, against a stock 07 porche boxter S?

yes.

 

id say the Z, due to its lower coeffient of drag, and longer gearing combined with more than double the TQ.

it take about 500whp for a s2k to out run a new Z. and to get that with an SC is gonna take a lot of work.
