Stock for stock the S2K OWNS the ancient dinosaur RX7. The only one that will say otherwise are not familiar with the S2k or used RX7 owners that can't afford to upgrade to newer better cars. so they have to pump up the numbers and performance of their decaying dinosaur mobile.
i really dont think that you know what you are talking about. even though the rx7 is old doesnt mean that it cant hang with any of the cars today. a stock rx7 will beat a stock s2k. not saying that s2ks are slow but they wouldnt win. oh and by the way that rx7 was about to pass that s2k he just put on his blinkers a little to early. so just pay attention a little more to the video

94rex, when I shopped the RX7 TT's I couldn't take one off a lot for less than high 30's. MSRP is not what dealers in Silicon Valley were getting for 'em. And in 1992 I couldn't afford a $40K car. So I stand by my statement, too expensive, just like the late great Supras.
