I know sales numbers dont tell the whole story but they only sold 2538 this year and 72 in December. That is pretty bad.

We will see.

Honda sold 6 NSX's in the last year of production, so it still has a ways to go if you just look at numbers.

That said, Honda is cutting costs to everything it seems, so the high labor cost associated with the S2000 means it is probably a target for cuts.

With the current s2k stopped in production and the new one cut, our cars should be keepers for the years to come! There has only and will be one s2000. There might be a replacement but that will be many years down the road.

<3 s2000s!

Just like the s500, s600, and the s800, the s2000 will come back after a decade or two later as the s3000 or something. The s2000 was supposed to be a limited run anyways.

This is on Honda's news website http://www.hondanews.com/categories/898/releases/4711

It is MY09 pricing. But I guess the questions is are they still producing the car?
