There won't be any warranty on the Powertrain, just like putting a SC on the car.

How about the warranty issue? Is your car still under orginally warranty? How about if you have the extended warranty by HondaCare?

Thanks.
Yeah this will void any warranty. And since you have to go to the dealership to get the keys set with the new ECU and everything, they are gonna know you have an 00-03 ECU in your S2000. That would void your regular warranty, as well as any hondacare extended warranty you have.

So if a rod goes or you score a cylinder from revving this high, you're looking at several thousand dollars to repair your engine.

yep... my warranty is almost gone anyways. I have a good amount in savings just incase. I really don't want to dip into it, but it's there for emergencies, so....

I just received my 05 2.2 with transmission....and no ECU..

looks like I am forced to use my 01 ECU....

The motor has no miles on it so I will not take it above 3-4k rpms for 5-700 miles may be more...

got the comptech light weight flywheel and lower front and rear sway bars..
OEM front lip and a few other goodies

It has been about a week with out my S.... there is no word for the pain I am in.
