rick's leather console is worth it. It is great quality leather.

the OEM 02-05 one is VINYL (it is NOT leather) and Honda wants over $300 for it.

WOW...Honda is OUTTA CONTROL!!! What else, other than a piece of leather, is included in Ricks product? Is it fitted over a frame that clicks in place, or are there just holes for the crappy snaps. If it is JUST leather, I can order leather to match, remove the carpet, trace the cutouts and the just cut the leather with a razor. That will only cost me around $50 for materials and it will be 1 piece rather than the stitching along the sides.
