I like Nissan, and 350Z is a great deal for what it is. Compared to S2000, 350Z is more like a regular car. Quiet, comfortable, a bit more roomy. S is something else. If you don't feel it, definitely go for the Z.

And... 307-240=67 hp difference is not as noticeable, probably due to weight.
